12 valve engine parts

I was told by someone today that I couldn't buy parts for my engine such as injectors , plungers ect. Do they still make them? Or are they just after market parts? I know all these people driving all these 94 and 95 12 valves have to have engine parts. This probably sounds like a stupid question but I just bought my first Diesel and its a 95 3/4 ton and this Dude walks up and says the only problem I may have is I cant buy parts for it. He said he used to have one and a injector started leaking and the dealership told him they couldnt fix it. I know this guy has got to be ignorant or something because I just got off of ebay and I can buy a brand new rebuilt 12 valve for 8 grand. They had to get parts somewhere right? Mine is running fine but I was thinking about in the future.

6bt parts are more than plentiful! Every part is in stock at our local CTD dealer. Plus, marine parts and plenty of aftermarket parts are everywhere.
I bet you could build a bare block up to 1,000 HP with using parts from over 10 separate suppliers.

You just answered your own question.

Most Dodge Dealerships cannot reliably figure out how a nut and bolt fits together ( I'm somewhat joking ).

To say that you can't get something based upon what a dealership that has a vested interest in selling you something new is pretty naive.
