how hard will a 180 pump fuel with a #10? Or is there some other plate that fuels as hard as a #10 in a 215 pump?

the 10 in a 180 pump is mild. I would guess about 240hp. It has not been dynoed in a 180 pump as far as I know. I believe the hottest plate for the 180 pump is a #5 but from what I have heard the egts are not very controlable. Maybe a 100 plate is better I don't know.

i had a 6 plate all the way forward and the egts were never an issue. even with a 10 plate or no plate i never had an issue with egt's. im guessing the 180 sticks wont flow that much fuel. if you want to fuel as hard as a 10 plate in a 215 pump do a 0 plate or just get bigger injectors.
