I've been having trouble with my xzt+ surging on the fuel and timing setting. The surging starts when slowly easing into the throttle up a slight incline. Everythings fine under heavy acceleration. The surging also stops when I switch to mileage max or off. The other day I pulled a loaded trailer and the surging was quite a bit worse under a load, a few times I had to shut the box off.
I've tried the 3K tune and 2K tune it still surges.
Is this just an issue with the box or do I have something going wrong with the trans or IP.

Any help would be great. Thanks.

The beta tune cleared up most of the surging on my truck. I completely eliminated the xzt surging when I installed my RV275 injectors.

Try the beta1 tune. It seems to run very smooth on my truck.

Just tried the beta 1 tune seemed fairly smooth. I'll have to try it under a load yet.

For some reason or other the motor died under full acceleration just after the boost lit. Never had this happen before. Pulled over on the side of the road and it started right up again. Pavement was a little wet which cause a little more wheel spin, don't know if this had anything to do with it or not.

I still like the 3000 tune for overall fun and if you ease into the throttle it doesn't surge that bad. The beta tune did get rid of the surge problem.
