I originally went to a box because my truck felt weak pulling a loaded stock trailer. Soon after I lost the clutch and put a southbend in it and after that the box failed so I returned to stock and my truck drives better stock then it did when I first got the truck I think my lack of power issue was a toasted clutch now it can put its power on the ground.

I run prety much stock myself, I have an intake, exhaust, gauges etc. for better breathing and such, and run a Quad XZT+ for a little fun once in awhile (keep it on timing setting though) I agree and need to have my truck last, can't afford to fix the parts that break when HP comes long!

Pretty much all stock here, K&N with a ATS manifold and 4" are the only "performance" (if you can even say that) items that have been done to the engine. (and the ATS is only because I had a crack in the stock manifold)
I really dont count, 2" leveling kit, upgraded shocks and a walbro/big line kit.
I use the truck to tow my boat, which the CUMMINS LAUGHS at...7000# boat and trailer...

Mine started stock. I guess you could say that I got the bug. I seem to keep thinking that the next mod I do will be all the power that I need, but I still keep wanting a little more.

I am leaving my truck pretty much stock but am doing safety upgrades. I am installing a fuel pressure gage and a trans gage. There are 2 plugged ports on the right side of my trans. Can I use one of these to put my temp sensor in?

My truck was stock for the first two months I owned it. It was downhill after that.

Bought mine to haul my 35ft 5th wheel toy hauler. The only time I know it's there is when I go around corners. That, and I have to shift a little more smoother. Other than maybe a liitle more sound from the exhaust I am happy the way it pulls
Stock is the way I think I will leave it.
