Wiring diagrams for 1998 24v ECM
Anyone have a wiring diagram for the power feed to the block mounted ECM for a 1998 24valve?
Just replaced my ECM with the Cummins part. They flashed it. It takes 8-10 seconds for the ECM to boot up before the engine will start.
Cummins mechanic told me to check voltage at the ECM plug.
Pin 5 = +12 volt, from fused key on source
Pin 48 and 50 = +12 volt, from unswitched source
Pin 30 & 49 = Continuity to Ground
Would be kinda nice to know where to chase those down to if there is an issue.

#2
Well, my Google Fu must be strong today. I finally found what I was looking for!
I just installed ECM #2 after only 9 months and less than 10k miles.
Wiring diagrams located here.

I'm going to search down the cause of error code for Grid Heater A. I think the wire is broken. Hopefully not the cause of my ECM failures.
