2 or 3 times I have accidently left my switch on while talking or something and when I tried to start the engine it was hard to start. I could turn the switch off for a few seconds and back on let light go out and it would start right up. Whats the problem?

 

Sounds like the pump startup solenoid giving you the problem...

 

normally it starts up at about a half round. I was wandering if it was the shut down Solenoid.
