Just alittle curious on my smarty. I finally got to set the level up to 8 just to see what it would do and other then the clutch not wanting to really hold at that level ,there was hardly any smoke. i know in my old 5.9 if i had the smarty set at level 6 people thought i had injectors ect.. can anyone answer me why there isnt really much smoke. I know smoke is just unburnt fuel but usually when you up the hp#. you will usually have a good bit of smoke.

 

Marco has purposely tuned it for little smoke. Nice to be different I think. It shows that he has a handle on the VGT tuning as well as injector fuel levels IMHO..

 

im going to try the new vgt tune i wonder if you can turn partially it off so you can get the big rig sound

 

it would be ideal to be able to make it open at the rpm you want it 2.

 

Or if you want smoke you can add a smoke switch =) Costs like 10 bucks for the parts... easy mod

 

how do you go about a smoke switch.
