Brake Booster

I've got a 04.5 that seems to have heavy steering and stiff brakes. I don't drive it much and it could just be my imagination, but they do feel alot different than the chevy I drive at work(imagine that lol). From this can anybody tell me whether they would suspect the PS pump or the booster unit itself. Is there a way to check either? Thanks

two weeks ago I drove a chevy, dodge, and ford. All used. One right after the other. One of thengs I didn't like about the Chevy was how light the brakes and steering felt compared to the dodge. The dodge definatly feels like a truck. The chevy felt like a car.

My Railroad pickup is an 08 Chevy, and I hate to say it, but after putting 1500 miles a week every week, I don't want to drive my Dodge. The Chevy is the 6.0 and has no power with the weight that is added onto it, but the brakes and the steering are so nice. I jump in my Dodge and it feels like I have to stand on the brakes to get it to stop and really crank on the wheel to get it to turn. Its just the Dodge feel.
