Most of the time, john wants you to send in your own cp3 and he will upgrade it to the stage 2 or 3. I think a stage 2 is around $1195. Be patient with john, leave him a message and he will call you back.

John

John is a very close friend of mine and i can tell you the phone never stops, it rings all day and all night 7 days a week. I have seen him clean out his mail box on the phone and within an half hour of him returning calls it is full again. Now there is two things he could do is hire someone to answer the phone and your still going to want to talk to John, then your going to put into the loop of the return call. I know it is hard to waite you want the parts now but it is worth the waite. John is the Best
Now on the CP3 you send in a Junk CP3, you will get a Stage 3 Junk CP3 back. He uses your pump. unless he has changed in the past few months.
Hope this helps you out

I will also conform that John is extremely busy. The lady that answered the phone was his wife I belive. I was at his shop friday and have never heard a phone ring so much. You can look at it two ways; he can answer all the phone calls and get nothing done or take a chance at a problem, or let him work and do things his way to his liking so he can have a good turn around time. I chose the later. If you want to get ahold of him fax him or send him a pm and he will most likely return to you sooner.

I think your best bet would be to send him a pm here that is what I did and it may take a day or two for response. What is wrong with your pump by the way?
