The horns on my '98 were so "wussy" I added air horns with a tank I filled occasionally. My '06 has a decently loud horn but I added a Harbor Freight "Oogha" horn to greet people. It's fairly loud too.

For a decent sound to go with your decent truck, go the air horn route. You won't be disapointed. As a bonus, you'll have an air supply if needed.

I have something like the Chrome Outlaw off this site.
http://www.hornblasters.com/products...-air-horn-kits

Ive had my horns for a while and theyve switched names but I couldnt be happier with mine.
Well worth the money.
Coarse, the golfers at the driving range on my way home from work would prob disagree.
