Rear Block delet??

Ok. Im not a fan of 'lift blocks" on trucks i think there a weak point in a suspention. I was wondering if it was possible to remove the factory lift blocks in the rear of our trucks. And replace the factory leafs with like 3in lift springs to retain a factory ride heigth. Is there anyone who has done this or is it possible??

Thanks
-Mike

I'm pretty sure a thuren suspension takes the lift blocks out. May check them out. I'm not sure, but your idea sounds good.
