Here we go again folks
Once again f'd by Trend Micro. You can't remove it without damaging your computer. Payed for "premium" service and there is no service. No respoce to any contact. Had to take it to the geek squid. If they can fix it I'll stick with Windows defender and Malware bits.

$150 later I got it back and all seems fine. Still no response from Trend Micro.

I would receive notices that I was being attacked, only a short while right before my subscription was going to end. Total BS
I switched to Microsoft's standard what comes with the computer, and never looked back. Don't go onto **** sites, or anything you think could be questionable, and it isn't usually a problem. Once you sign up with one of these malware giants, they can't make any money unless you fear you need them, and then they provide the attacks confirming this.

Finally heard from Trend Micro. Your subscription is due to expire in 40 days. We will charge the card on file. Ah, what? I removed that card from autopay and I told them I will not be renewing. WTH!

We had a credit card fraud issue a bit ago and were issued new cards. I get a number of sites notifying me that my card has expired, including a spamware place that we used years ago...no charges for years, but always wants our updated card info...no thanks...get new cards issued.
