My idea for mounting PS intercooler. Reusing all stock mounts and fabing alittle. I cut the old bottom mounts of and rewelded them wider, the IC just fits between. Going to make some mounts that sit onto the stock rubbers. For the top i cut and installed the factory isolators.
Also clocked the turbo, welded wastegate shut, and taking my coolertubz to work to see if our welders can cut an inch out of the drivers tube and reweld it into the pass tube.
IC is mounted right side up.

1999 to 2002 early 2003. I bought mine from a wreckers for $150. I don't know if they upgrade or just wreck alot of the trucks, lol.
Have you gotten a chance to bolt the new springs up yet? I went with the 6" lift Alcans in front, and the springs seem too long. I.E. the swing shackle for the rear mount is angled almost all the way back and hits the frame under articulation. I'm interested to see if you have that problem as well.

Not yet, trying to get the turbo and intercooler finished before hitting the springs.
May start on them tonight though.
I did notice that with a difference in eye-eye length of 48'' (front) to 52'' (rear) the new ones only look to be 2'' difference in length. I assume the rears will flex longer when installed though as they have more arch. I will try to remember to measure them tonight.

Intercooler installed! Taking the coolertubz to work tomorrow to have them modified to fit by our welders. Taking 1'' out of the driverside and having it welded into the pass. side, should work well with the he351cw.

Front springs are out, some comparison shots. Take note how close the second leaf is to the spring eye VS the old springs, should prevent the common bending at that point.
Looks like the length and arch of the new ones are the same, they seem pretty beefy. I sure hope they ride smooth.
Also a stock front shock compared to the 0-2'' lift Bilsteins.

Alright!!! I didn't realize you were using Jungle's shackles. Are you going with longer shackle "swingers"? Can you install those with the cab still on the frame?

I am using the shackles provided with jungles kit, not sure of the length.
Yes it is all done with the cab still on frame.
In my mind its easier to upgrade the frame mounts than to just replace the stock bushings themselves.
