    I'm at work and I can't have the FSM on my work computer, so that's the only help I can offer at the moment. There are a couple of members on cumminsforum that I swear must have the wiring diagrams memorized - or they have a lot of free time... Read the section on the AC/heat blower in the FSM and trace the wiring diagrams. Resistor failure is not uncommon - but if I recall correctly, turning the blower switch to high bypasses the resistor. If you have no power on the high blower setting, then you need to trace back. The wiring diagrams in the FSM will lead the way.
