I got a problem with my 1996 dodge 2500 my shut off solenoid won't lift when I start my truck and it takes a couple seconds to shut off. I checked the voltage on the plug, I got 12.44 volts on the wire when the key is on. When I crank it over to start I got 9.5 volts on the other wire like is normal but it won't lift it up I can't figure it out. If someone could help me it would be great! Thank you
