Sorry I've got a bad habit of not checking PM's! Thanks for the update. Funny you mentioned the wastegate line, I finally figured out mine would only do it with the wastegate needle valve I added completely shut. Thats a pretty thick hose, so I think getting a good bite on it with a regular hose clamp over such a small line/fitting made it whistle. I just threw a few wraps of electrical tape over the fittings so the line made a tighter fit, then 2 new clamps on it, and I've only noticed a different whistle once- which was the lower drivers intercooler side boot sliding off.
