All you camping guys here. My New to me Popup camper has 30amp power line and a second 20amp power line for the AC. Does most parks have a 15/20amp outlet along with the 30amp one? I'm guessing I'll have to make my own adaptor to jump up to a 30amp plug for the AC.

Best to have a handful of adapters. You will find 15/20 amp 30 amp and 50 amp. I have about 5-6 different adapters to deal with different campground plug in problems. You would most likely need a 30amp to 20amp one. Some do not have the 30amp plugs.

I havent been able to find any 20amp adaptors anywhere local.

I do have a 30amp female to 15amp male adpator. So I can step that down. If I stick a 30amp plug on my 20amp AC cord I can run my 30amp shoreline on the 15amp adaptor.

Talking

As long as it is all 120 volt it will work to a point. you can plug all that in to a 15amp outlet, but it will most likely not handle everything on at the same time. We were at a campground that only had 20 plugs but I think they had really big fuses on other end. We had 2 campers with a/c on plugged in to the same outlet. You never know what you will get.

Well I finally got the Twins done a few weeks ago. Have about 700ish miles on them now with only two blown boots, a minor dent in the hood, and needing new underhood insulation.

They will get cleaned up and painted when I get some free time. The truck was only down from mid April through mid September for this. I have actually put more miles on it since the twins were done than I have all year.

It still spools like stock and never stops pulling. By far the best modification I have made to date. Tows the trailer like its nothing, I can not wait to finally get the tips on and really try her out. Who knows might put her on the rollers at the fall brawl just to see what she has.

Yup I am still in Mitchellville, will be here until May or so probably. Although I do not drive the truck down here, I drive my TDI. I am sure that I will end up bringing down the truck at least a time or two though.

I had posted earlier about the honda throwing a brake pad. I can't have that happening to two of my favorite girls. I sold it. I found a Jeep Liberty Renegade for my daughter. I feel a lot better knowing they are in a safer vehicle.

I don't recall if I posted this before. Here is who has had most of my attention and time off lately.

This is Noel, my granddaughter, she is 8mos old now. She and her mother, my youngest child, are the two sporting the "New to Them" Jeep.

Yes it was a ton of work, but definitely worth it so far.

Leonard I will give ya a call.

Thanks for the compliments. Now that I have good joints in the drive shaft I can really try her out.....
