The other night after a nice dinner @ a steak house, me and my family and my brother and his family go to leave. Well some
parked too close to the truck, my tires were less then an 1'in from this other car. Everytime I moved the wheel it hit the other car.
So I drag myself in from the passenger side, load everybody up and back out.
As I'm backing out the front tire drags down the last 1/2 of the car. Neither vehicle got damaged. Now here's how I feel. 90% of me is ****** and the other 10% feels bad for just driving off. I need some closure here, what would you guys have done?

I think I would have gone back inside and had a few words with the person who needs to learn how to park. Well i dont know, maybe I would have done the same thing. Either way they should not have been parked so close to your truck.
Assuming you were between the lines (if there were any) then I would have no guilt about leaving. People that can't park, or are so inconsiderant that they only leave an inch to get into your vehicle deserve what they get.

In San Luis were I was all the parking places are small. Even the the compact cars pretty much ride both lines. I had and end spot, so I even had more room. Anyone thats tried to park in this town knows what I'm talking about. I'm feeling better now, Thanks.

That thought crossed my mind, but I dont think I could ever do that.
How 'bout cranking the wheels, dropping to 4-low,
and putting a nice tire print on their hood?

Seriously, I would have left a note saying it wouldn't have happened if they hadn't parked so close.
Unsigned of course.

I carry a stack of "Parking Violation" stickers in my truck and I use them when someone blocks me in or parks over the line.
I got them from the company I do work for and I got a letter from the owner that gives me the power to have cars towed, when on private property of course.
Anyhow if someone pulls in too close I will stick this big 4" X 8" bright RED "Parking Violation" sticker on their windshield where the driver would look out.
It is the kind of sticker that does not come off except in little pieces.
I find it getting harder to find a parking that my truck will fit in with my duals.
I only had 1 car towed away in Los Angeles, this guy parks across a driveway that I was in. Locked his car and went into the apartment next door.
Same place I was parallel parked and 1 car backs up to my front bumper and 1 pulled within 2" of my hitch and locked & left. I did not find it out until about 4:00 A.M. when I was going home. I put the truck in reverse and slid his car back about 3 feet enough so I could leave.
If you ever have a confrontation with another vehicle in a parking lot, you need to be careful because they usually have video cameras watching you.
At least out here they do.
Be sly...
Nothing says you can't leave a gum wrapper under his wiper blade.

I would have gone back inside and have the owner paged.
Just the vehicle description and the tag number so he thinks there's something wrong with his car.
Might as well inconvenience the heck outta the moron.
