Unhappy wierd codes, will they go away???

installed my holleyblue pusher pump and regulator last week, things were going good till i tried to hook up the power wire to it,i pulled the cover off the fuse box under the hood and lokked at the relays to find the wire that feeds the stock pump,i pulled out the fuel system relay and turned the key to on to check for power.i think i found the rite wire and tapped in my power for the holley, everything seemed ok till i fired her up and i had a check engine lite and checked and got some codes,i got a 1689,215 and a 1693.i unhooked the wire to the holley and hooked it elsewhere and the check engine lite went out butt the codes are still there,i hooked the holley wire to a key on wire and it seems to work fine and the fuel presure is good and she runs great,{mite even idle smoother but may be imagination}did i do something real bad?did i wreck something?seems to run awsome,on 5/5 wot i cant get her below 8psi.idles at 17.5,cruises at 14.5-15.tried leaving bateries disconected overnite but codes are still there,do i need to take her in to clear the codes?and hope they dont come back?sorry for the long post, but im freaked outttttttttttt.

I would trigger a relay with the stock pump wire, you triggered the codes by messing with the load the computer sees, made it think the pump was drawing too much therefore it threw those at you, they should go away after enough key cycles the 1693 is like herpes though, you keep it for ever if you use a key on for your source you will likely get the hard start issues due to excessive pressure at start up. I see up to 30psi but only 1-3 at start up as I am triggered from the stocker.
