wastegate control fitting for turbo?????????

okay so im confused, on my 95 12v there wasn't a line from the afc on the pump to the turbo, just a line from the head to the afc is that normal for a 95' truck or do i need the wastegate thing going to the turbo?? sorry for the stupid question.

you should be able to follow that line between the cylinders and out to the turbo. Is it blocked off?
What are you running for a turbo?

If there truly isn't a line going over the top of the engine someone may have changed the turbo. Some wastegated turbos, including ones used stock on Dodges, just have a short line from the output side of the turbo to the wastegate. If that's the case a boost elbow is installed in this line.
