Tire Size Help

I know this has been Played out many times but I need some help on fitment. This is my first diesel and the mods are comming but heres my question. I want to run 18 inch wheels on my 06 4x4 and I want to know what tires I can run with out doing any suspension mods because I tow alot and want it to fit in my garage. The wheels im looking at are 18x9 Centerline with a 4.5" backspacing. Will Nitto LT325/60R18 Terra Grappler work with out major rubbing on the front end?

Measure the OUTSIDE DIAMETER of your current tire. Then measure the same
on the tire you want. (I think a 325 works out to about 35")

If you're stock (265) you're at about 30" now. A 35" tire will make your truck about 2 1/2" taller. 35-30 equals 5 divided by 2 equals 2.5"

Dont know about rubbing. Used to be if you ran anything bigger than 33"
you'd rub. I asked about 33" rubbing and EVERYBODY has told me no problem.
3rd gen dodges have cavernous wheel wells.

I know the tires i want are rougly 33 inches tall, I know guys are getting by with 35's on stock offset wheels but I want to run something wider. Im also concidering a 18X10 with a 4.5 inch back spacing and if I do have any rubbing issues getting a leveling kit.....hoping it will still fit in my garage..... Long Minnesota winters get even longer when you cant tinker with your toys.
