My name is Steven located in Cambodia.

Am in the process of repairing some Cummins engine like 6BT, M 11 and KT 19. In my country is rather hard to find a part book. Could some one here help me to send me some Cummins part book via attached file please or let me know how should i get these.

Steve, you should look into Cummins Quickserve and sign up for the service , then you can always have any manual you need on all those engine by entering the engine serial number. it also has the part# of any manual you may actually want to buy also. here is a link

if you want to use the parts and shop manual , you do have to sign up for the prefered customer service for 50.00 a year. it is always updated. if you want part numbers for part catolog, I can look them up for you ? there are no part catalog online to copy and send.

 

Did you check with the local Cummins rep in Cambodia?

I hate to say it but be carefull. Seems funny that Cummins will not help this person.

Steven please tell us exactly what you have done so far. Who you have contacted, where you have emailed and what their response's were. This way we maybe able to help you further.

 

I have contacted the Cummins agent in Singapore and USA they all say me to Cambodia agent. When Cambodia agent Scott came and see me i tell them I want the part book for my repair. They dont give me as i cannot buy parts from Scott price very high.

I am a repair shop i need the part book to look see if am buy the correct part.

here is hard to get part book from Scott or any people in Cambodia.
