Pretty sure Child Support can't be nulled by Bankruptcy.

99.999% sure.

My ex owes me around $9,000, if bankrupcty could void it she'd file in a New York minute.

I think that's what you're asking, post is kindof cryptic.

Court ordered restitution of any kind is not affected by Bankruptcy either.

If you need to apologize for language, then you are obviously aware that such language can't be used here.

I'm not a lawyer, but I believe personal bankruptcy does not forgive a child support lien. It is designed primarily to forgive revolving credit debt and short term loan debt (such as a car loan, however the car must be surrendered). In cases where a mortgage is involved, it may also forrgive any residual debt after the home is lien sold.

Nope. Love is temporary. Alimony (child-support) is forever. (At least that's what Uncle John's Big Book of Bathroom Reading says. That's where I get all of my legal advice )

Bankruptcy doesn't get you out of Government backed student loans either.
