Putting in Reverse Puts Drain on Battery

This is a strange one.
This morning I noticed after I had got
to work and was putting truck in reverse to back into
parking space, that my volts would drop to 11.
Normal running they are at 13 to 13.5.
P.S. I do not have any auxillary back-up lighting installed.
Any ideas as to what is going on?
Thanks!

Maybe your truck is trying to tell you to stay home for a day.

Try pulling the back up light fuse. With the fuse out, see if it still happens and get back to us.
