New Holset housing

Guys, I am hoping someone can help me out. I purchased a brand new Holset exhaust housing still wrapped in the brown packaging and still has the greasy anti-rust material on it. The problem I have is that the seller (a dodge dealer in upstate PA) couldnt remember where it came from. The guy at the parts department said that its been on the shelf atleast 10 yrs or better and that more than likely the guy who ordered it no longer worked there. He said it was believed to be a 16cm housing ordered way back when. It arrived to me in a Cummins (not mopar) box still wrapped up with a new metal gasket and a metal collar (no idea what thats for). Unfurtunately the Cummins label was previously ripped off by tape. I knew the exhaust was a 3" dia. So I bought it knowing it was probably a good choice as I have been wanting to swap on a 16cm housing for awhile.

My questions are can someone please help me determine that it is a 16cm housing? Here are the numbers embossed on it.
Holset E4 16 02
I am hoping the 16 stands for 16cm I got a great deal on it compared to bd housings I see online for sale. Any help would be appreciated, I just have never seen a 16cm Holset housing before. Thank you

Thank you guys for some assurance. I didnt know that Holset made 16cm housings that would be a direct replacement for our first gens.

Cougar, mine doesnt have the long list of numbers on it. Any idea what the collar is for?

My guess an adapter for a different application. Can you take a picture of it?

The housing is correct, someone just ground the other numbers off of it for some reason. I have no idea what the adapter is for. Too small a diameter for an exhaust extension. Wonder is someone was putting together their own kit on the back shelf.

The parts manager today informed me that most likely the housing/kit came from TST. Its funny about the ground down part. Its coated with the same anti-rust coating as the rest of the housing. Like it was ground down at Holset.

Inside the exhaust inlet it should also be stamped with a 16.

There is a number made into the casting but I cant say 100% certainty that its 16. It looks like it but it could also be an 18. Hard to tell.

Being that the housing came from a dodge dealer, it would make more sense that it could be an 18 housing, I dunno. I'm pretty sure that none of the pickups (all years) came with a 16 housing, maybe it was ordered in for someone as an upgrade and they never took it.

I was told they ordered a bunch of aftermarket stuff from TST. After looking it over with a really good light my wife and I can agree that it is 16 on the inside of both runners.
