need new chip that does not use or goes throw ECM just had the edge comp go bad after about 7 yrs and made the truck do all kind of werd stuff??????

 

P-pump it then put a smarty on. Those two mods are great together!

 

There are no companies that make 'chip' upgrades.
You can buy a box though!!!!
How about a Smarty?
Most everyone who has used a comp box has had it replaced for those issues you have.

 

How in the heck is a smarty performance electronic control box going to work together with a mechanical P-7100 injection pump ?????

 

We have a winner. The original poster had few posts and two threads next to each other asking questions with little info, so I was being sarcastic.

 

You make fun, but I actually ran that setup for months. Worked good too!

 

You were obviously happy with the Edge Comp, if you kept it that long. They are reasonably priced used.
Check Classifieds HERE. Saw two comps listed in last week.

Nothing else will give you what the Comp did....except the Adrenaline from Quad, and they are newer, hotter, and more expensive.
