Ive never seen or heard of anyones truck doing this but just recently something up front squeaks when i turn the wheel. when im sitting still and turn the wheel back and forth it makes and terrible squeak/grinding noise, it only makes the noise when the wheel changes direction or when you first turn it (it doesnt make the noise the whole time your turning the wheel)

Anyone have any ideas???? Anything helps
