Hello, Im sure some of you remember my old post my ex wife got my truck so for those of you that dont small recap before said divorce. I put my pink slip for my truck as collateral for a loan to pay off my wife's bills. Well time goes by get divorced and she stops paying the payment changes the address and phone number at the bank so i dont know its past do. One day at the tire shop get tires rotated and pull out two guys ask if im me and this is my truck they hand me a paper the says they are taking my tuck for non payment. I tell them there is no way long story short they take mt pride and joy and it gets sold before i can come up with funds to get it back and months go by and just so happens i go to ball park to see a game and see my truck there. Im floored i wait and talk to the guy how bought it tell him my sob story he agrees to sell it back to me for what he payed for it very nice guy well i got the money todat and now i have my baby back will post picks of her tommorow sorry for the long post but had to let you all know thanks

Brother I feel your pain! I just got devorced im may, and my ex tried to take my truck. I sold it to my dad for $1 before she new about it and had the title changed. You should have seen her face when the lawyer told her I did not own it but my dad did(LMAO) priceless. Now I have a lady that loves first gens I think maybe more than me(witch I did not think was posible,lol). There are still a few good gals left out there keep ur head up, Congrats on gettin ur truck back!

 

I know i owe that guy big time i would have never sold it back to any one either but he seen how much i loved it and after i told him every nut bolt and then some of what i have done to it so that helped i cant wait to drop my kids off to her tommorow in the truck and see her face lol thanks for the support guys

Ya kid in a candy store for the first time. I got the 4 pod from ksl local ads for 20.00 bucks and the valve covers and alt bracket i polished my self.
