O.K. i've been reading too many threads on turbos, now i'm sure enough dazed. I know what a turbo does in general how it works and why we run them, now i'm trying to sort out some of the finer point of turbos and trying to get some tuning aspect for them. Ok what is drive pressure? Where do you get this reading from? 1:1 ratio is what I assume to be the perfect ratio between ? boost and drive pressure? I've looked at a couple of web sites for info but really didn't have much. Any good info would be appreciated.

 

drive pressure is how much exhaust pressure, being used to sping the turbo, you measure it in the exhaust mainifold
