More injector troubles

Hey guys,
I understand that Bosch has a new injector design. Is the new body any better than the old body style. I'm having more trouble with my injectors and am real tired of this. I just want to order a complete new set of injectors. I have been talking to Rip at Source (F1 Flux2) or DDP 100 hp. Any help would be great. I only want to do this 1 more time...
Thanks

New Injectors

Rip's good people but I don't think he can beat Jeff @ Mumau Diesel on what you're needing. 724 354 3994

He can also get you the tips you want through Extrude Hone.

Was there ever any trash found the last time you had them checked? I don't remember your filter setup, do you have the 2 micron cat filter installed?

I would probably be dropping the tank, cutting open filters, and probably pulling the cp3 and rail down for inspection with as much trouble as you have been having.

There wasn't anything found. Tank was pulled pump was pulled and dis assembled and all the lines and rail was pulled and we couldn't find anything.
I had a couple bodies that split and a couple had something stuck in them. This is probably the 6th or 7th problem with these injectors. Rip was telling me that the new bodies have been much better I ordered a new set 90's from DDP.
I hope I have good luck with this set.
$$$ due to injector troubles so far- Im over $35,000...

I have had more than my share of trouble with injectors. I just hope these new injectors hold up and last. Ya know I wouldn't be upset if I was pounding them with all kinds of pressure but I dont even run my pressure up on the Smarty past 2. I just think it's a poor injector design. I dont blame F1. Don has been nothing but great to work with. Just gotta try another company this time.
