Congratulations on the purchase. In my personal opinion, nothing looks better than a '91-'93, Regular cab, 2wd, dually. I wanted a 5spd, but had to settle for an auto...

As far as the clutch is concerned, the stock clutch is supposed to be a fine unit, and will support quite a bit if extra power. If you need a replacement, I'd go to Kenny, from Kenny's Pulling Parts.

As far as upgrades to the transmission, make sure you overfill it, and don't lug it. I'm still confused as to what oil to use, as it seems everyone uses something different, so I'll let someone with more experience chime in on that, but in the sticky there should be info on how to overfill it. I think most people either just take the shifter off, or go through the PTO bolt.

the stock clutch is a pretty stout unit for what your plannin on doing, 5w-30 is what the book calls for on getrag motion lotion, (Oil), congrats on the v10 swap, i check over all the intercooler boots when you can, mine seems to have little pin holes on a few of them, but like said before, over fill the tranny by a quart, keeps the pocket bearing lubed good.

Sweet find! Get that tranny overfilled, I just took the shifter off and pored it in there. I used syn. 5w30 in my girlfriends truck.

Looks like it was originally Red. She looks real good. I need to get a grille with the DODGE letters on it, I think it makes the truck look a lot better.

Very nice!

Leave it how it is! regular cab duallies are cool.

If i was gonna do a 2-tone with white.. it'd have to be red. Red on the top and bottom with white in the middle looks AWESOME.

Yea, change the fluid in the trans with Some 5w-30 and ADD an extra quart (5qts. all together) .. it'll shift better and last longer. you can fill it through the top PTO cover bolt.
