Dual exhaust?

Dual exhaust?
I have a 4 inch turbo back exhaust system right now and was wondering if it was possible to just buy the "Y" peice and the other side of the dual exhaust (meaning the pipe that would go out on the drivers side of the truck) because i already have one going out the passenger side of my truck. isntead of buying a completely new exhaust setup. If possible anybody know where to go? or would pretty much any muffler shop be able to do it?
