What do ya'll think it's worth?

1989 Fleetwood Wilderness Model 29-R

2 - 20 gal propane tanks up from for hot water, heat, and stove
Refrigerator is electric only
Brake Hookup/Towing Package
All New Tires and a Spare
Battery Backup
Awning
Air conditioned
Antenna for TV with hookups both the livingroom and in the bedroom
Microwave
The stove has 3 eyes on top and the oven
Step up into the RV, all storm doors and screens, with a door in the bedroom in addition to the one in the livingroom
Queen size bed in main room
Lots of cupboard space
Bathroom has a shower that also has a seat in it.
Sleeps 6

It's PRETTY clean for a near 20 year old RV trailer and I know the people personally (from back home in VA)...they just sold their truck and are trying to "down size" because they are getting a little older and don't want as many liabilities.

I sold my 1992 28' wilderness for $7000 about 3 years ago. Go on rvtraderonline.com and see what people are selling them for.

According to that site, the '89 is worth between $8-9000...so I guess that the $6000 that they are asking is a pretty good deal. Might have to jump on that here shortly! Thanks for that site bud!

I would say maybe 5k. Your first order of business would be to upgrade the fridge to run on propane (new fridge + plumbing). Road time and dry camping would require it to run on propane.
