The HO has a 330mm clutch, and the 5spd gets the 310mm. Go to http://dodgeram.org/tech/dsl/Facts/01ISBspecs.html and check out Dave Fritz's fine site.

Even though the 6spd clutch is larger in diameter the 5spd clutch has more surface area so the stock 5spd clutch will hold a little more HP. But you can move up to a 6spd size in after market clutches.
