classifieds forum

I vote that you should create a classifieds section of the forum just like the rest of the forum, only there would be like 12V stuff 24 valve stuff, etc... instead of the separate classifieds section. I find myself not visiting the current classifieds very often because its not on the list of forum topic things

We keep them separate so the forums don't become clogged with flea market stuff We like to keep the number of forums to a minimum so it is easier to find the info you are looking for. Information is the real reason for the forums anyway

As it is I must remove at least 5 ads a day from guys who STILL want to put there flea market stuff in the forums

I'm not sure it can get much easier than it already it. The classifieds get a larger amount of hits than you think. We like to keep them seperate and we have always done it that way because it keeps the forums clean of people trying to peddle their stuff all the time.

a bigger link? Good lord, how much bigger do you want it?

This button is at the top of every page of the forums. I don't think we need it any bigger than that.

I check the classifieds two or three times a day. Not that I need anything or even have any money (thanks honey ) but I like seeing what kinda stuff people have to sell. I really like looking at the 1st Gen trucks for sale.

Heck, I'd even like looking at the "swap meet" stuff that you delete !!

It would help if you put a link on the Banner on top of the forum section....

Me too. Alot of other car/truck forums offer this to their membership. Hopefully, the guys here will follow suit!

The classifieds link shows up on every single page of the site. I'm not understanding the issue I guess.

My guess is your complaint is that the current classified link is an inch or two higher up the page than where you want it?

Can you not see the word "classifieds" directly under the front bumper of that truck at the top of the page?

We get stuff here on this FREE site that some of the pay sites don't offer!

However, a big screen TV in the breakroom and an electrical plug at each parking spot in the parking lot would be nice!
