every 4" Bully Dog kit that I have seen for the 1st gen has a 3" down pipe even though it says full 4". I have seen lots of guys on hear that say the same thing.

I bought a BullyDog system from Summit Racing. When I received it, it did not have a 4" downpipe.

4" downpipe is not necessary until you NEED it, which would be when you step up to a 4" turbo outlet such as a s300 or hx40, JMO. SAVE your money. No way I'm spending near $600 for exhaust. I'd get two of the Big E brand kits at that price.

Im bout to build my own 4" dp. I had one 4" 90* from a former exhaust config, and just got another one + the flange in the mail today. Those and 12-18" of pipe will get it there.

Try RPMoutlet.com they have Motoblue systems pretty cheap. I have the 4" duals and Fiveology just put on the same system. Pretty cheap too.
I got the Aluminized system. Not rust and 2.5 years on it.

Ive already got 4" from the bottom of the dp. I got my system out of oklahoma when I was 16. The dp is 3 though. You could easily fab up an exhaust though. Find a 4" tailpipe from a 3rd gen, and hack/reweld to get it to fit. Im 2wd so not sure bout tcase, but mine is pretty much a straight shot from dp to axle, with only one slight bend in it. Let me do some checking, I think I can scrounge up the stuff to do one for real cheap and we could fit it on your rig once youre up here.

I priced stuff to build one. This is just if you cant find pipe to build one-shop around your local exhaust shops. I priced 10' of 4" tubing, 2' of flex, which might get you around the t-case, 3-45* elbows for over the axle, and 2 90* elbows for the dp. For the dp flange, you can either reuse yours or I have one I can probably contribute to the cause. Shipped this stuff was $270 though. Seems kinda high, but I dont know what Stans gets shipped...

well maybe if you decide to fix your up and redo it, i can get your old pieces, my egt's are good so i was think for now a straight pipe after the t-case and leave the dp and thru the t-case stock, just a thought, we will work it all out we can proab round up some scrap, do it and maybe do a write up
