Bought another diesel...
..to go with the Cummins and John Deere 495.
A Kawasaki Mule 3010 4X4 with the 3 cylinder diesel engine option. I just picked it up Friday and only have had a chance to put two miles on it so far. This thing is really well built, can't wait to try it out.
I added a Dura Bedliner today, winch tommorow.
Thinking about some cool wheels too.
Anyone else have one? I bought it replace the quad that never gets used much anymore. It will make a great firewood getter, yard worker and also a trail machine for the wife and I...well I'm hoping it will.

Straight pipe it?
I was thinking of a stack.
Maybe a four inch, miter cut stack up the rear of the roll bar.
I took it for a spin today, got caught in the rain and mud then spent two hours cleaning it up. It's too new to let it muddy.

We have two of these at work, I drove them a little bit here and there. They are sweet. Congratulations!
-P
P.S. Our guys installed full enclosed cabs on them, and now the weather is a non-issue.

Cool! Who makes is? Is it that 34hp Briggs/Diahatsu or does Kawi build it themselves?

I am still working on it and checking everything over. I didn't get the winch mounted on Sunday as planned since the BBQ kept me too busy. I hate working on anything that is all dirty and muddy. When I'm done fiddling with it it will be dirty.

Full cab with a heater would be nice for plowing snow. I have a long (170 yards) driveway. If we ever get big snows again that is.

If no turbo, you can add one . Kawasaki had a turbo street bike in the 70s or 80s, I believe. You can find them on fleabay occasionally. I have a truckpulling dvd somewhere, and on it there is a bombed mule. Just have to do some research-Im sure theres directions on the net somewhere.

Kaw has been making diesel bikes for the military =P Here's the first link I found googling: http://www.motorbikestoday.com/featu...esel_bikes.htm
Looks like a good utility vehicle Mr Ram. I'm just glad these are availible in diesel even if the engine is made by Daihatsu

Turbo? Well I didn't think that it did, now I'm not sure. A link below to the engine does show that it might. I didn't even have a chance last evening to even open the garage doors to look at it. I the picture of the engine above, I don't see a turbo. I will get it ot this evening.
Price. MSRP is $9999.00 I got it OTD for $8400.00. Could have done a lot of bombing to the truck with that money.
