Boost leaks

What are some common things on the intake that will leak boost pressure?
I have put air pressure on the intake plumbing from the turbo elbow to the intake elbow. That's all tight.
So, somewhere on the actual intake manifold (Or maybe a sensor line?) I am losing boost.
You can hear it when climbing a hill but alas, you can't get that kind of boost sitting still.
Boost will not go over 8psi.
It's killing me on hills and at the pump.
Any ideas?

hose clamps, hoses, or the intercooler itself(is it one piece or metal with plastic sides)

That includes the intercooler.
My buddy in NY had the fittings to pressurize the system from the turbo through the intercooler right up to the intake elbow on the manifold.
I should have pressurized the intake manifold then but just didn't get to it.
We fixed a couple of real small leaks and put a new wastegate actuator on it in October.

So now, New HX-35 and replaced the cracked exhaust manifold.....it's still not the truck it used to be.
The new turbo spools up quicker but, still not building enough boost.
You can here a loud "woosh" as you start to climb a hill.
