Rip at sourceautomotive.biz is a dealer and will beat anyones price. also be aware if you buy on ebay because of a great price. even though it may be a new mach injector they may not warranty the injectors.

Thanks Guys, I'll give them guys a call.
What do you guys think would be better Mach 1 or 1.6? I want a mild increase in power and hopefully a small increase in mileage if im easy on the pedal. I do plan to upgrade the trans in the future depending on how long it last.

Like stated if you're not towing and want to use the factory turbo...go w/the M4. However...I tow and just installed the 1.6, love them and see max egts of 1150*. Towing w/the M4 has been proven to be too difficult as the egts will be out of control. Just ideas.

I have the M3's and love them. They do run a little hot with the HX35. I have a 35/40 waiting to go in soon. M4's and stock turbo will be way too hot and smokey. I'm pretty sure you have the little HY on your truck too.
I'd say the 1.6's would be fine for you.

With the AD it's easy to set it. Pl0 is off, Pl1 timing only, Pl2 timing & fueling & 3 and up is timing with wire tapped fueling.
I run the latest Comp tune on Pl5 most of the time and it can get toasty fast!

I pull all the time with my Mach 7s and my twins are awesome at keeping it cool. If you know that you are going to upgrade turbos later go with a bigger injector now and turn your box down or off. I can tow my 27' enclosed trailer over passes at any speed and egts are always under control, hard ever seen over 1100 degrees

What kind of boost & egts can i expect with the M1.6? As far as i know i have stock injectors and with the Xzt+ on I can hit around 1100-1150 degrees and 32 psi. I do have the wastgate turnbuckled shut and i do know these boost numbers are plenty high for the HY35. Just tryin to figure out if the 1.6s will be to much fuel for my current setup.
Like was mentioned above I would leave the xzt+ off if i put in the 1.6s

I'd set it at about 30 psi personally. You'll probably find that you'll have to regulate EGT with your right foot, and maybe do some experimentation to find a configuration that you like.
