i was make dyno today i have only + 40 HP with Banks Six Gun on Level 6.
On Level 1 i have 265 HP and on Level 6 305 HP.
Anybody have a idee i have only +40 HP.
I have BAnks Wastegate, High Ram, Magnaflow Exhaust, Glacier Diesel Lift Pump. I have 30 PSI Turbo Boost and 18 PSI Fuel Pressure.

i had the banks for a long time and never was really sure it made that much power but that seems right to what i felt. but stacked with the bully dog itwas good.

 

Do you have the speed loader? I made 371/727 w/ just a 6gun/spd ldr and air/exhaust mods. Stock was 268hp/?.

we have make dyno not under load if can this the problem?

 

What kind of boost and egts are you seeing on level 6?

 

the load can make a big difference

 

egt is 350 post turbo and 30 psi on level 6 but the dyno was make with no load. like dynojet not mustang.

if the turbo isnt spooled all the way you wont make power

 

the boost going up to 28 psi

 

sounds about right for what i feel also with my Banks Six Gun. I do not like mine either. It should have already been removed, but I loaned out my SMARTY, so I have to have something on there to make this thing get out of its own way.

 

when mine was stack it was good but by itself unless i was towing then it helped

 

wath is the better tuner? i change the tuner?
