I'm close to 700hp. I drive my truck daily, tow often (up to 14000lbs), and have even entered several truck pulling competitions. I have a an ATS stage 5 transmission (don't have the billet intermediate or output shafts -- but I have everything else). The transmission has about 20000 miles on it since I installed it. No troubles. It works great. I recommend ATS. Recently they called me out of the blue to inquire how everything was working (even a dual CP3 kit I purchased used from some one other than ATS). I had called them about installation suggestions and they answered them. They must have kept that on record. I would say that is great customer service.

Their products have an outstanding warranty.

XXX222- See my sig., I've had to replace my vb and co-pilot. I recieved a redesigned vb and I really see no diff. (maybe a little), the co-pilot does the same thing that the other did- engages real hard like it wants to break something, so I don't use it. The good thing is that I learned how to change the vb, I have always been scared of opening up the auto., alot of parts inside one of them. Anyway, piece of cake.

I'm having the billet input shaft (from ATS) installed though, don't want to even attempt that one. I drop the trans. Fri.

I am curious on how a person can tell the diff. between stock and billet shafts??

Just from reading all tranny threads here, for the last 5 yrs.... I would say that ATS has more problems, down the road, than the other big 3 or 4 after market builders. JMO
