A buddy of mine has an 01 24V. He is in the market for a turbo, and I told him maybe he should try a turbo off a 6.7 truck. Is there anybody running this setup? And if so was it worth it? I have seen someone on here running one of these turbos on his 12V. Is there a thread on here, or is there a website where I can find some information on making the variable nozzle work?

 

Fleece Performance sells a controller that electronically controls the vgt. I am running a modified version of this turbo and I really like it.

 

What did you do to modify it? I am also thinking about using this turbo in my twins setup.

 

They replaced the stock compressor wheel with a 66mm.

So far it's worth it. Great spool and lower egts over the hx35
