6.5 vs. 12v cummins....

Does anyone know the comparison on the dimensions? My 6.5 is a 99 and I am planning on using a 94-98 cummins?

My truck is bagged and bodydropped. I do have an 02 h.d. front end on it and the hood is taller than stock, so I am hoping it will be ok.
