5" worth the extra money?

I ve been doing some reading and I was wondering since 5" exhaust is so much more exspensive than 4" is it worth the extra money? let me know your thoughts.

It looks cool but I have talked to people making over 700hp with 4" and they won't buy a 5". I almost got one but decided against it....

I am thinkin of gettin 5". BUT I know it wont help performance at all, the only reason I may get it is just for the deeper tone.

If the deeper tone is worth 295 to you then I say get it and it will be worth it.

My ehaust sounds really good with the 5".Verry deep,& throaty.A little "tinny"at first but once the black coated the inside it's like hearing a C-ceries engine under there.

It sure does take awhile before the smoke rolls out of the pipe after you rev it doesnt it?

Personally, if it were me, I would stick with 4", just put a straight pipe in there and let her roll.

fjbiker, it's actually a sponsor on this site and I'm not sure if the trucks have twins or big singles. I can tell you that they wouldn't be running a 4" system if their temps were too high...
