I have a 2" leveling kit right now and my front end still sits about 1/2 to 3/4" lower then the back.. I see all these people running these polyurthane daystar 2.5" leveling kits.. Any idea where I can get one? Also topguncustomz has a 3" leveling kit.. If I bought and put that in. What extra would be needed?

 

just longer shocks up front (if you don't have them already). with 3.5" lift, i needed pitman arm and track bar bracket (to correct steering geometry), bilsteins made for 4" lift, extended sway bar end links ('cause mine were bent), and thuren track bar (just because it's so cool).

 

Does the truck sit nose high with a 3-3.5 in kit on it...or did you add something to the back as well?

I`m running a 6 in Superlift susp. lift (and a 3in body lift)and have been thinking of removing it and going with a level kit and smaller tire , but I don`t want the nose down stock look. I`m thinking of going with the level kit , but unsure of which one too. My truck only has a 3in. block in the rear with 6 in springs up front , and it sits level.

 

My truck with a 2 inch leveling kit sits just a bit nose high not much but I can see it.

 

with 3.5" of lift in front and stock rear (except for the bilsteins), i am dead on level. i do have a RA bumper with winch, that gave me about 200 extra lbs. in front.

 

Really?? WIth a 2inch kit in mine my back is still higher...HMM

 

yeah im thinking about getting the KORE prerunner or TOPGUNZ 3",i heard you need a adjustable track bar for adjusting the front axle because it goes towards the left side and wont be centered without a trackbar.BEST DO IT RIGHT THE 1st time!

I just put a 2.5 inch leveling kit on mine yesterday. It looks pretty close to level. I used hbs's leveling kit. It was like $80 shipped.

 

I have the daystar lvl kit on mine and the front still seems just a little nose down, but unless you stand there and star at you can't really tell. This could be due to the Wstn bull bar. I did put diff shocks up front when I had the lvl kit put on.

 

i have a 1.5 inch leveling kit made by hellbent. i also have a 12,000lb winch and front hitch on my truck. my trucks sits perfectly level.

 

Just eyeing up these trucks with leveling kits can be decieving. If I look at mine from a certain angle it still looks nose heavy, especially when my eye picks up on the crease that runs right above the door molding. That crease also climbs as it goes down the length of the truck making the back appear higher. If I take measurements from the very bottom edge of the body just in back of the front tires and also just in front of the rear tires, it measures exactly level. It's all how you look at them I think.

 

With 3" in the front and 2.25" in the back my truck isn't that far off from being level, but easily noticable the rear is still higher. I would think most trucks with stock bumper etc would sit nose high with 3" in the front and nothing in the rear, as from the factory the rear is 2" higher. The nice part is with a bit of weight in the box my truck sits right level and no rear low which looks really funny

 

While on the subject, I have a kit here for sale.

 

my front 2.5" lvl kit s due here tomorrow. i noticed on the rear that it has 3, 1/4"T x 2"W x 4"L thick spacers between the leaf spring and axle. does y'alls trucks have the same? i'm thinking if the front doesn't sit as high as the rear after the install, i may be able to remove 1 of the spacers(?) thanks

 

To those who PM'ed me, I have a daystar MO3132 1 1/2" spacer kit, almost free to a good home.
I was going to put these on a 2WD I had, but since have gotton a 4WD that is loaded with about 500+LB's of tools and a 75 gallon fuel tank. Needless to say, the truck is level.
