throttle shaft o ring leaking

hi everyone!

injection pump is leaking from the throttle shaft. i did some research on here and i guess there is an o-ring there...has any one replaced this before? how does the shaft come out of the pump top housing. i guess i have to take the entire pump cover off again..so my question is just buy the o-ring or get a pump seal kit and replace the seal for the top of the pump to bottom of pump while i have it off. any words of wisdom would be appreciated. thanks! i found this thread would be helpful

thanks!

pulled the truck in the greenhouse and took the top of the pump off, the throttle shaft slide right out

i called metro fuel injection in deep river, connecticut. im gonna stop by there on my way back to school and pickup a pump reseal kit for the new o ring and top cover gasket. i talked to steve he said there are five different bushing sizes for the shaft so im going to bring it with me when i go there.

ill post the part numbers if anyone is interested when i get them
