5'th Annual Claremont Roundup

Well, guess if we're going to do this again, we better start talking it up. I will be unavailable at the end of April and most of May (shut down again at work) so if we're going to plan on June or July, we need to start setting up now. I know the CVFD folks are good to go and they actually look forward to this event now. Guess we need to check David's schedule and make sure he can do it again.
Anyone want to volunteer to contact David and look at his schedule?
Hey Dennis, may have to send the SmurfS a special invite since that are almost on a different continent now eh?

Been trying to check David's sched on his web site but can't get in. I registered but haven't got the email to activated the account yet. May have got caught in the spam filters.

Anyway, just sent him a PM.

Got a reply back from David and he says June/July are pretty much open.

Guess we need to try to pick a date and let David know.

OK folks, Butch has done the initial research. Lets set some date cause June will be here before you know it.

Hey Dennis, since you are more learned on this puter thing, can you start a poll on the weekends in June and July?

You know, I don't think most guys ever check the chapter forums. This might get more responses somewhere else on the site even though this is why these forums were created...

I just happened to stumble across it a minute ago.
Would kinda be nice if one of those Chapter 7 guys, that keep the list of members, would contact all the the chapter 7 members and give them a heads up about this forum/thread. Hint, hint.
I mean, why have a list of members and contact info if you aren't gonna use it now and then?

Sorry,,,,,,
I haven't had the time to start polls and send out emails lately,,,, but between training on a new job at work,,,, helping out my folks due to Mom having a couple months of health scares,,,, doing the TOM stuff when I have some spare time for the puter,,,,, and the list goes on.
I'll try to get some emails sent out to the chapter members shortly. No sense in members wasting their time clicking on this forum to see if there is any new items to view,,,,,, ,,,,,,, just kidding,,,,,

Jeeze Pete,,,,,,, there are a lot of little creeks in VA. I got one that runs behind my house out in the back field. Could you be more specific?

Give us a shout when you get settled in.
