DTR #8 April Meet in Ennis

Looks like we'll be going to Ennis for the diesel drags on April 5th. Will probably get there early Saturday morning and spend the night at the track.

Who's in besides me and RowJ?

Helium in the wheels, remove the heavy oil pan and filter, and those turbos and transmission add a lot of weight too.

Off topic question

Does anyone know of any straight pipe friendly inspection stations around Dallas? Usually take care of it when I'm at home, but I haven't had a chance to get it done down there.

Figured I'd ask first, instead of hitting places at random and getting dinged for the inspection charge.

My shop here in Denton doesn't have an issue with it...

Although I hate it when they want to drive my truck!! I'm like dude my clutch is going to snap ur little leg like a twig! (dude last time was about 5 foot nothing couldn't have weighed more tha n 120lbs, He said it was policy, whatever I told him I was riding with, one good push on the clutch and we switched spots!! was pretty funny!)

Dallas, County? Try the tire/inspection place just west of 75 on Campbell Rd (north side). They have done mine for the past 4 yrs and have never looked for a muffler.....or much of anything else.
