well PA is neat but I miss Tejas... This Texan driving on the snow covered hilly roads is interesting!

Brian!
What's the evaluation on your new CTD after a few miles??
PRO? CON? Any heavy towing with the 66RFE ?
Daniel - All I've read on the Power Wagon mentions only a 5 speed Auto.
6 speed not listed under options? Are you sure you got one?

What? You mean this isn't talking about this coming April??
I'm in for a GTG. Weekends are somewhat free right now (except for the upcoming one).
I finally got around to doing injectors on mine last week (a project a year in waiting). Just when I thought my skills weren't as rusty as I thought because I managed to have no leaks...it gave me a hard start this evening. So it looks like I get to practice again and check my o-rings.

Justin, I would re-tighten them before checking the o-rings.
With no warm, cozy place to sleep any more, I'm up for a daytime GTG.
I'm still waiting for the insurance company, but don't have much hope of putting another trailer up there. The home owners will cover some of the numerous other things. Having all the receipts leave with the trailer left me high and dry. I might get enough to by a used riding mower............

The fact that I don't have any external leaks makes me think connector tube o-rings. I hate the slow leaks since you have to wait such a long time to check whether it's fixed. If it sits for a couple of hours, it fires right up like normal. When it sat for 48, it took a little cranking to get it going. I'll break the nuts loose and reseat all of them and check first. If that doesn't work, then I'll go back in.
As for a GTG, if you have any new leads, maybe our new GTG should be to saddle up the DTR#8 posse and go hunting. It really makes you wonder why we pay so much for insurance when it's so hard to get them to pay anything when something happens.
