towing with new vs old

towing with new vs old

well my old 2005 drw 3500 2wd 5.9 would get 16 mpg towing my enclosed trailer. now my new 2010 drw 3500 2wd 6.7 gets 11 mpg towing same trailer. guess i need to delete

Its an emissions engine. What did you expect.

Just be careful. You stand warranty issues deleting. Its worth it, but risky if you dont want to foot the bill for repairs.

Well, soon as we can wipe CARB and the EPA off the map then maybe we can make that happen.

Id love to have an updated mechanically injected 6.7 under my hood that had no emissions junk on it, but, Big Brother thinks differently.

They make OIL instead.
